Turnpike East to Exit 10A, then take MA-146 South, which leads all the way to Providence (on RI-146). When RI-146 merges with I-95 South, stay to the left. Exit I-95 at the I-195 interchange (Exit 20) and take I-195 East towards Cape Cod, then get off at Exit 3 (Gano Street). Go to the bottom of the ramp and turn right. At the fourth light take a left onto Angel Street. Go up the hill and take a right onto Hope Street. Meehan Auditorium is one-quarter mile down on the right side. Distance: 180 miles (290 km) |

Follow NY-30 to Tupper Lake, then take NY-3 West. After about 18 miles, take a right onto NY-56 North and follow it to Potsdam. At the second light after passing SUNY Potsdam, take a left and follow US-11 South. At the downtown intersection (in front of the Clarkson Inn), bear left. Continue on US-11. At the next major intersection (it is a little odd), go left and remain on US-11 until the left appears for the main entrance to the Clarkson campus (it is indicated by brick walls labeled with "Clarkson University"). Enter the campus and continue straight until there is a large parking lot on the right side. At the end of that parking lot is the Cheel Center, which contains Cheel Arena. ColgateCoordinates: 42.814896, -75.542456If at Cornell the night before: Get on NY-13, which runs through downtown Ithaca, and head north. NY-13 goes to Cortland and I-81. Take I-81 North to Exit 15. Then follow US-20 East (about 35 miles) until it intersects NY-46. Take NY-46 South until it intersects NY-12B, then follow NY-12B South and pick up the directions below at **. If coming from Troy: New York Thruway (I-90) West to Exit 33 (Verona-Rome-Oneida). Follow NY-365 West to Oneida Castle, then take NY-5 West (briefly) to NY-46 South. Continue on NY-46 South until it intersects with NY-12B, then follow NY-12B South. ** NY-12B leads directly into Hamilton. Drive through town; go past a pond on the left. Go through the light. Most of the college is on the left. Starr Rink is on the right (not signed, but with the other Colgate athletic facilities). It is the second curved-roofed building. Shortly thereafter take a right onto Mill Street. After the intersection with Main Street comes the intersection with Belmont Avenue. Take a right onto Belmont Avenue, which is also MA-83. Follow MA-83 into Connecticut, where it becomes CT-83 and leads to Vernon. In Vernon, leave CT-83 and head east on CT-74 (Union Street, then East Main Street). At the intersection with Grove Street, take a right onto Grove (CT-31) which leads to I-84. Take I-84 East until Exit 68. At the end of the ramp turn right onto CT-195 South. Proceed for seven miles to the UConn campus. Turn right onto North Eagleville Road. Go to the second light and turn left onto Hillside Road. At the fourth stop sign Gampel Pavilion is on the right. When the road forks (Stewart left, Campus Road right), take Campus Road to the right. Keep right at the next fork (West Avenue) and go around the bend. Head east after exiting; go across the bridge and up a hill. Go through the first light, snake through campus, and at the second light take a right onto NH-120 (South Park Street). Exit at the Harvard Square/North Harvard Street exit and turn left onto North Harvard Street. Go approximately one-quarter mile and turn right into Harvard Stadium Gate 6. Follow the road around the stadium and the Bright Hockey Center is ahead on the left. If coming from Troy: I-90 East to New York Thruway-Berkshire Extension (I-90) to Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). QuinnipiacCoordinates: 41.413880, -72.911225If at Princeton the night before: Find US-1. Follow US-1 North to the New Jersey Turnpike. Take the Turnpike North to its termination, and then go east on I-95 North. The most direct route is to follow I-95 across the George Washington Bridge, across Manhattan to the Bronx, where I-95 is the Cross-Bronx Expressway. Go across the Bronx and then follow the Bruckner Expressway North, where it becomes the New England Thruway, remaining I-95 this entire time. To avoid NYC, get off I-95 North just before the George Washington Bridge by taking the Palisades Parkway North, which leads into New York and intersects with the New York Thruway. Follow the Thruway (I-87) East across the Tappan Zee Bridge and follow the signs for I-287. This leads to I-95 just outside the Connecticut border. Either way, cross into Connecticut on I-95. Follow I-95 North to the intersection with I-91 (Exit 48), then take I-91 North to Exit 10 and pick up the directions below at **. If coming from Troy: I-90 East to New York Thruway-Berkshire Extension (I-90) to Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). Turnpike East to Exit 4, then take I-91 South to Exit 10. ** Follow CT-40 West (Mount Carmel Connector) until it terminates at CT-10, then follow CT-10 (Whitney Avenue) North. Stay on CT-10 for three-quarter mile, then take a left onto Sherman Avenue. The entrance to the TD Bank Sports Center is approximately one-quarter mile on the right and is well signed. Take NY-28 North into Indian Lake, picking up NY-30. Follow NY-30 to Tupper Lake, then take NY-3 West. After about 18 miles, take a right onto NY-56 North and follow it into Colton, then take NY-68. After about 3.5 miles there is a fork in the road and NY-68 goes to the right. Bear left onto Pierrepont-Canton Road, which eventually becomes Brick Chapel Road and intersects with Canton-Russell Road. Continue north on Canton-Russell Road and after crossing the bridge St. Lawrence University appears ahead. Take a left onto Maple Street. At the end of Maple, turn left onto Miner Street. Follow US-7 to I-189 (about 25 more miles). Take I-189 to I-89 North. Get off at Exit 14W. Go right across the bridge, through the first light, then take a right at the second light for the left turn onto Spear Street (follow the signs, it is similar to a jughandle).
